Healthy oatmeal and chocolate cookies

Step by step preparation

1. Prepare the dough

  • In a large bowl, mix the oat flakes, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mash the banana into a puree or mix the date syrup with the egg, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Beat well until combined.
  • Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until a smooth dough forms. Add the chopped chocolate and mix well. Form the cookies.

2. Form the cookies

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

3. Bake 

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are golden.
