Roasted spring onions with anchovies

  • 1 Spring Onion
  • 2 Anchovies
  • Black Olive Puree

PREPARATION

  1. Grill the spring onion.
  2. Arrange it on a plate and put 2 anchovies on it.
  3. Drizzle with a little black olive puree (Olivade).

THE CHEF'S TRICK

Olive puree can be purchased prepared or made at home according to your favorite recipe.

  • In season you can replace the spring onions with “calçots”.
