  • 250 ml whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 60 ml of blonde beer
  • 30 g melted butter
  • 95 g of flour
  • 20 g of cocoa powder
  • 20 g powdered sugar

Step 1:

The day before making the dessert prepare the dough. In a salad bowl, beat the eggs; add the milk, beer and melted butter and mix with a wooden spoon. In a large bowl, sift the flour with the cocoa and sugar and gradually pour the contents of the salad bowl over it, while stirring, to prevent lumps from forming.

Mix until you obtain a fine-textured dough.

Step 2:

Before making the chocolate crepes, take the mixture out of the fridge and mix the dough carefully. If it has thickened too much, add a little milk, as the dough should flow easily.

Step 3:
