INGREDIENTS
- 4 Piquillo peppers
- 1 banana
- Cream of Milk
- Sugar
- Olive oil
PREPARATION
- Confit the piquillo peppers over low heat in a frying pan with olive oil.
- Grill the banana slices, previously sprinkled with sugar.
- Assemble the dish by placing a slice of banana on top of each piquillo pepper.
- Drizzle with a little cream and serve.
THE CHEF'S TRICK
Whip the cream just before adding the sauce to make it foamy. This will give the dish a greater volume.
