Piquillo peppers confit with roasted plantain

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Piquillo peppers
  • 1 banana
  • Cream of Milk
  • Sugar
  • Olive oil

 

PREPARATION

  1. Confit the piquillo peppers over low heat in a frying pan with olive oil.
  2. Grill the banana slices, previously sprinkled with sugar.
  3. Assemble the dish by placing a slice of banana on top of each piquillo pepper.
  4. Drizzle with a little cream and serve.

 

THE CHEF'S TRICK

Whip the cream just before adding the sauce to make it foamy. This will give the dish a greater volume.
