Tips for perfect oatmeal and chocolate cookies

Here are three simple tricks to make perfect cookies without being an expert:

✔️ Don't flatten the dough too much so that the cookies retain their fluffy texture inside.
✔️ Add nuts like almonds or walnuts for extra flavor and texture.
✔️ Use a quality baking sheet for even baking without the cookies sticking.

A good option is the Castey non-stick trays, designed to distribute heat evenly and achieve perfect baking for a low-fat diet.

Time to bake and enjoy! 🍪
