- Brown Sugar

PREPARATION
- Cut the strawberries into large cubes, sprinkle them on both sides with brown sugar and add a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
- Roast on the grill on both sides.
- Serve with a quenelle of vanilla ice cream.
- Decorate with a mint leaf.
